Brendan Morahan is the Founder and Managing Partner of BPM CPA. Brendan is an experienced CPA with unique experience, having worked in both the public and private sector, while rising to the levels of Controller and CFO during his time in the private sector. His 15+ years of experience includes working for one of the world’s best companies (PwC fka PricewaterhouseCoopers) as well as being a Controller/CFO within some of the most challenging industries (Private Equity and Start-ups).
His expertise and knowledge can help clients from any industry in various ways, with business clients seeing the most value. He can quickly dissect, analyze, and improve a business’s financials and books. He can step into the outsourced role of CFO or COO as a fractional CFO on an interim basis, significantly helping clients in their start-up or growth phase. The fractional CFO/COO service has also helped larger clients needing an overhaul of their internal operations and financial processes. He can also develop valuable tax strategies for any business or personal client.
A 2009 Siena College graduate with a BBA in Accounting, Brendan earned his CPA license in 2011. He resides in Bergen County, NJ, with his wife Paula and their golden doodle, William.
